Bravo Passenger Solutions, a leading global passenger service system provider reports an average system uptime of 99.976% for the year of 2021.
Ashley Weston, Head of Operations commented, “This is the 4th year publicly reporting our uptime and 4th year in a row we have been able to report the average uptime over 99.9% for the whole year. The way we host and attention paid to our infrastructure, security and processes is paramount to be able to offer our customers a reliable PSS system. 8 out of 12 months were 100% for all customers and no customer was in breach of contractual SLAs”
Bravo hosts in Switzerland, utilising fully-redundant Tier 4 data centres working very closely with partner company Reist Telecom.
