The company has recorded an uptime across all customers of 99.991%. “2024 saw us back above the 99.99% level. Once again all our customers were within their SLA levels and seven of our customers experienced 100% system availability. Those times we did have issues were unfortunate and much was learned we have improved on.”, said Jason Bitter, CEO of Bravo.
